Forge is made by Quobo Labs, LLC. It is the app a gym, box or studio runs itself on: each studio runs its own room, and its members join that room.
Getting help
About your studio — a booking, your membership, dues, a class: ask the desk at your studio. In the app, Messages → your gym thread reaches its staff.
About the app or your account — write to hello@quobo.co. It helps to include the email address on your account, your studio’s name or handle, the device you are on (iPhone, Android or a browser), and what you did and what happened instead. Never send a password.
Common questions
I can’t sign in. On the sign-in screen, put your email in and tap Can’t get in? — we email a link that sets a new password. If the desk signed you up and you never had a password, the same link is your first. No email after a few minutes? Check spam, then ask your studio’s desk to send it again, or write to us.
How do I join my studio? Joining needs the studio’s handle — a short name like ironworks-athletics, on the link the studio gave you. Create an account, type the handle, and ask to join; the studio’s desk lets you in. There is no public list of studios to browse, on purpose. If you don’t have the handle, ask your studio.
Who sees my data? Your studio’s staff see what a front desk always has — who is booked, who attended, who owes what, and what you flag to them. Other members see your name and line only if your profile is visible; a switch on your profile hides you. Another studio on Forge sees nothing of you. Apple Health summaries are visible to you alone. The privacy policy has the whole answer, including every outside service involved.
Deleting your account
Signed in, open Delete your account — the link is beside Sign out on your profile, on the screen where you look for your studio, and on the screen a closed studio shows. It says what is removed, asks you to type DELETE, and takes effect at once. If you can’t sign in, write to hello@quobo.co from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Disconnecting Apple Health
In the app: Profile → Your wearables → Take it off beside Apple Health. That deletes every workout summary Forge had synced. To stop the phone sharing as well, open the Health app → your picture → Apps → Forge, and turn the categories off. Forge only ever reads from Health; it writes nothing to it.

The privacy policy says what Forge keeps and who handles it; the terms of use are the agreement for using it.
